Cycle through Glyph Options

I'd like to suggest to Adobe to add a feature that makes cycling through Glyph options a little easier by either adding Left/Right arrows to the Glyph Pallet or a command like Photoshop's Shift—+/- so one can simply look at the text as they cycle through options.

Most times the current pallet works just fine, but when working with fonts that have a lot of alternate options—like Moshik's Segol typeface—trying to find that perfect glyph becomes a time-suck since everytime you select one it snaps you back to the top of the pallet.
