Daño de colores en Illustrator

Al cerrar un archivo de illustrator y despues abrirlo se me dañan las fotos, se dañan los colores, porque puede pasar esto?

Hi @leslie32159078futa,

 

I understand that you're experiencing issues with the colors in your Illustrator files becoming damaged when you close and reopen them. This was a known issue in an older version of Illustrator.

This issue has been resolved with Ai v27.0.1 & later. After updating, ensure you relink all the images in order to resolve the issue in the existing files.


Let us know if the issue persists after updating & relinking images or if you encounter this issue in new documents.

Which version of Illustrator do you use? There were some problem with PNG files in the past.

What kind of files are they? You placed them into Illustrator, right? Were they PSD? PNG?

Where are those files located? Or did you embed them in the AI file?

Did you apply effects to them?

 

Does this go away when you go into CPU preview?
