Datei nach Upgrade auf Ai 2024 verloren

Hallo liebe Community,

nachdem ich in Ai 23 ein bereits in der Cloud bestehendes Dokument noch einmal in der Cloud unter einem neuen Namen und mit Änderungen gespeichert und anschließend auf Ai 24 geupgradet habe, ist diese neue Datei nicht mehr zu finden. Ich finde nichts in den Assets oder dem lokalen Recovery-Ordner. Hat jemand hierfür eine Hilfestellung?

Thanks for reaching out. I checked that you're a Federated ID user, which can sometimes result in multiple profiles or accounts. This might explain why you can't find your file. To help you locate your document, you can try checking multiple profiles. With a Federated ID, you may have different profiles associated with your Adobe account. Try switching between your business and personal profiles, if applicable, to see if the file appears in one of them.

I appreciate your prompt response! The file was originally created using my work profile and saved in its respective cloud storage. I don't utilize my private profile on the same laptop, so it should not have been possible to mix them up. Nevertheless, I did check, and regrettably, the file is nowhere to be found.

Upon recollecting my actions leading up to the disappearance of the file, I recollect that I upgraded my Ai software, accessed a file from the cloud in Ai 24, made some modifications, and then selected "save as..." with a new file name to the cloud. Subsequently, I reopened the original file in a new tab. Strangely, the changes I made to the first file did not seem to save when I saved the new version. I had to restart my laptop, and that's when the file seemingly vanished.

Another interesting thing: I've exported the original file to web as JPG and a preview in my browser. I did the same with the new file that went missing. I could find temp files from the first version and the preview, yet anything related to the missing file: nothing there.
