Just updated to 22.0.1; No delete box appears on the artboards when using artboards tool.  No option or control function creates a simple way to delete artboard, where is the function?  DO NOT say we will now have to open the artboards menu.

You should be able to simply select the artboard with the artboard tool and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Give the a try.

What I do not like in CC 2018 compared to previous versions is that when you delete an artboard with the Delete key, it does not select the next artboard automatically now like it used to. If I had 16 artboards in a file, and only wanted to keep artboard 3, I used to be able to click on artboard 2 and press delete, which would delete artboard 2 then make artboard 1 the active artboard, which I could then press delete again and it would delete it then go to artboard 16 and so on until artboard 3 is the only remaining artboard in the file. This made deleting out unwanted artboards very easy and quick to do. In 2018, you must shift+drag with the artboard tool over the artboards you don't want to delete multiple artboards, and with my example above, you would have to shift-drag to delete out artboards 1 & 2 and then again to delete 4-16. Is there a way to make it when an artboard is deleted, the next previous artboard becomes active like it used to be?

Thanks,

Kevin
