describe which activities are called as fraudulent and how fraudulent detection team work?

i purchased my subscription, but was mailed that they smelled fraud act. Wanna learn about the team that detect fraud activities. which acts are detected as fraud activities .

Did the email message list any specifics on why they suspected fraudulent activities with your account?

The most obvious problem would be 2 or more computers trying to use apps in the same Creative Cloud account simultaneously. The payment method is another factor: a credit/debit card account could get hacked and then frozen. Or the personal info associated with the account doesn't match.

On top of that fraud warnings can be fraud themselves.
