Designing artwork for mobile phone displays?

I want to create some graphics that will be viewed in videos on 4-inch phones. I know Illustrator use to have some built in testing program for emulating this. Is there anything like this still? Anyone know what size artboard needs to be used to create graphics for this sized phone?
