Different B5 template page sizes in Illustrator and Indesign??

Hi,

I'm developing some graphics in Illustrator for the cover of a B5 publication which will be laid out in Indesign. I noticed that the B5 template size differs between the two programs:
Illustrator: 182x257mm

Indesign: 176x250mm

 

Is there a reason why? Or a bug?

    yes Ton we have solved it in 23.1 and the version will roll out to all customers soon.

    Illustrator appears to be using the Japanese B5 size, which is different to the ISO B5. As for why, I would guess an error was made when the presets were defined, as other CC apps use the ISO sizes.
