diffrerent color from the one i choose

hi.

when i'm choosing a hue color and pressing ok, this color doesn't appear and instead the softwate gives same color with more tint...why does this happen?

how can i change to deafult so the exact color that i choose will be the one that shown?

That blue colour is outside of the CMYK gamut (i.e. it cannot be created with CMYK ink). See the warning triangle in the first image.
