Dimensions problem between 2 PCs equipped with Adobe Illustrator

Hello,
I have a problem with Adobe Illustrator.
I'm making a drawing on a first PC and my part dimensions are good.
When I open the file on another PC the dimensions are no longer correct.
Do you have a solution ?

Do you use the same Illustrator version that created it on both machines?

What exactly differs 4 mm? And what 0,5?

Can you share a file and mention how large it should be?
