DIsable Properties Panel in Illustrator

Hi!
Could you please advise me if anyone has encountered this problem..... absolutely everything in the Properties window is missing. I have reinstalled Illustrator and torn down all the settings along with it, and reloaded via Alt+Shift+Ctrl, and removed, added a panel to the screen, and changed the type of workpace, nothing helped....
