Question

Disable survey notification

For the past few days a stupid little survey notification has been popping up in Illustrator, sometimes more than once a day. I've clicked X, "Later", and yesterday I took it (really repetitive, btw) hoping it would get rid of the notification for good, only to have it appear again today.

This is incredibly intrusive, specially with that bright blue background.

Unfortunately I can't find an option that could potentially remove this. Am I missing something or does this simply not exist?

You can turn off notifications in the CC app and on your CC account. Otherwise you might want to turn off the welcome screen panel, because that's ultimately what triggers those web connections and may also be the cause for the nagging survey reminder.

Thank you for the suggestions.

The welcome screen has been turned off forever, so it wasn't the culprit.

From the Notifications in CC, I wonder if the culprit could be "Collaboration", though I thought that referred to teams rather than invitations from Adobe (I already had "Communications" turned off, so it wasn't that one).

I'll turn that one off and see if it solves the issue.

Update: disabling notifications did not work. It just popped up again. I absolutely despise this.
