Bonjour,

Lorsque j'enregistre mon travail en pdf basse définition et que j'ouvre le fichier pdf, de nombreuses informations disparaissent ...

Comment régler ce problème?

    We'd be glad to help. Would you be able to share some more information like:

    1. Version of OS and Illustrator.

    2. Is it happening with just 1 file or with multiple?

    2. What are the steps you follow? (If you can attach a screenshot or a small video, that would help)

    3. What information is getting disappeared from the generated pdf?

     

    All this information will help us understand the issue better.
