Display problem

Hello I have a problem with my Adobe Illustrator, I probably triggered a shotcut without noticing it but I can't find how to cancel it. Everything turned into a white background with black borders to show the limits.

When i preview my file with the presentaiton mode (maj+f) everything is normal but I can't view it in my regular view.

Do you have any fix for that ? thanks
