Do you know how to make that text effect? (apperance panel, transform)
I think about shadows inside letter and darker side of 3d letter, is it possible to do this fast and easy?

In the Appearance panel assign a new fill to the text object. Apply Effect > Path > Offset Path with a negative value. You might not be able to make it just that thin without cutting parts of it off completely.
