Document contains incompatible objects illustrator cloud

Can't open my file again, this happened within a timespan of 2 minutes, had 2 files open; a workfile and a design file. At this moment only the workfile opens but the other one gets the popup. Tried downloading it in CC in web and it doesnt even render. I'm in a hurry and have a tight deadline, how can I fix this asap?

      I understand the urgency of your situation. To address the "Document contains incompatible objects" issue, please share the file with me:

       

      • Go to the Assets website: Adobe Creative Cloud.
      • Locate your problematic file.
      • Click on the three dots (...) next to the file's thumbnail.
      • Choose share and then select the gear icon to enable "Save a Copy."
