Hi! When I save a document appears document info on the screen. Why?

Hi @Belialchemist,

 

Thanks for bringing this up. Could you please confirm which version of Illustrator and operating system you are using? Also, let me know if the Document Info panel is kept open while you are working, as Illustrator may automatically bring it up when saving in that case. If it still appears even after closing the panel, a quick screen recording of your workflow would help me reproduce the behavior and check further with the team.

Hi Abhishek! Illustrator 29.7.1 on Mac Sequia 15.6.1. Document info panel isn't open. It's the first time it happends to me...

Hi @Belialchemist,

 

Thanks for sharing the details and the recording. Could you please update Illustrator to the latest version 29.8.1 and see if the behavior still occurs? If it does, please try renaming the UXP folder to UXP.old from the following locations:
MAC: /Library/Application Support/Adobe
MAC: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

Once that's done, relaunch Illustrator and check again. Let me know how it goes.
