The problem still hasn't been fixed in the latest version. I've done this and that, so please fix the bug. It's annoying to write, so please read the previous one.

    Hello @dasom_Lee

I’m sorry to hear you’re having the same problem with Illustrator again. I have checked this with the product team, and they have informed me that this behavior is intentional to improve performance at very high zoom levels when working in Illustrator.

I understand that this functionality might hinder your workflow. Would you mind creating a UserVoice for this feature request (https://illustrator.uservoice.com/) and adding your comments there? Doing this will help us prioritize this request, and you will be notified of any updates.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have more questions or need assistance. We'd be happy to help.

Looking at the previous thread conversation history, the Adobe Illustrator team also admitted it was a "bug". Why is manipulation that interferes with work, an intentional function?

Various things can affect GPU Preview performance in Adobe Illustrator, starting with the computer's graphics board and its driver software. In another post you said your computer has a RTX-3060 video card. Is the computer running NVidia's Game Ready Driver or Studio Driver? The Game Ready Driver is often installed by default, but the Studio Driver is the better one to use for creative applications like Adobe Illustrator.

A new Studio Driver was released just yesterday (version 596.36). I would try installing that driver if you have not already done so.

Other applications running in the background can sap system resources. For instance, most web browsers are memory hogs now. Some of their plugins make matters worse. Anti virus applications doing system scans in the background can cause intermittent hangs. Various utilities can interfere with application performance. I'd look at Windows' Task Manager to check the activity of other background tasks while Illustrator is running.

Finally, there is the nature of the Illustrator document itself and its Document Raster Effects Setting. A normal letter-size page should do fine with the default 300ppi setting as long as there isn't loads of live drop shadows or other effects baked into the artwork. If the document is a large format design (signs, vehicle wraps, banners, billboards, etc.) a 300ppi setting would be sheer overkill unless the design was created in a proportional scale such as 1" = 1'.

It's a studio version. And the problem remains the same. The same for testing with very small shape in a4 size docent. Although Photoshop and Illustrator are also used together, program multi-tasking is a common work process.
