documentAfterActivate event in AI

Hello Adobe Team,

Is documentAfterActivate event got changed or renamed after AI 24.3.2 version onwards?
As our customer have older AI 24.3.2 version in that documentAfterActivate is getting invoked properly.
but when they have upgraded to AI 27.7 version in that it is not getting invoked when document is opened in AI.
Even I have also checked in AI 27.0 version onward which I have in that documentAfterActivate  event is not getting hooked when we open the document.

Could you please help here?
