Does anyone have an answer??? [revert to trial]

Hi everyone,

I'm not sure what's going on or if anyone has had this issue other than myself. I have the Adobe Apps for a year through my school. I have a registration code and everything. The last update (2017) for Illustrator has me locked out. It's saying that my trial period is over but I'm only 3-4 months into my year. Does anyone have an answer as to what to do?
