Don't see the Live Corner widgets (double-circles) when I select the "Selection Tool"

Hi all,

I'm currently working thru the "Create a typographic logo" tutorial. It's asking me to select the "Selection Tool" on a rectangle and to drag one of the "Live Corner Widgets - the double circles" toward the center to round all the corners into an oval shape. However, when I click on the rectangle, I only see the 4 anchors (screenshot attached). I don't see the double circles to create an oval. Help please! Thanks - really appreciate it!
