Donner un effect de spirale a un objet

Bonjour a tous,

 

j'ai une question simple à poser a la comu.
Comment donner un effet de dèformation en spirale d'une forme.
Pour illustrer mes propos voila une image avec l'effet que je souhaite achever.
Je suis sur que c'est tout simple mais je ne trouve pas.
