Double click to draw with brush in Touch Workspace

Question

Hey,

I got a microsoft pen a few days ago and it never worked correctly in Illustrator Touch Workspace. I noticed this morning that the issue is that I have to double click most of the time to draw while using my new pen. However, I don't have to while using my finger... here's a video of the issue

I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me with this issue.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your experience. Please make sure you have OS & Pen driver updated to the latest version. You may also try uninstalling & reinstalling the Microsoft Pen driver to see if it helps.

Additionally, you may try resetting the preferences of the Adobe Illustrator.

**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.
