Hi, I downloaded a font to illustrator a month ago and have been using it with no issue. Now it won't type, the font seems invisible as it shows the cursor and appears to type and can be highlighted nothing is seen. My others docs with this font aren't effected and I've tried uninstalling and reinstallling the font from various websites and restarting illustrator (it's updated). . Appreciate the help!

Your other docs are likely in all caps. As Kevin stated that font has no lowercase letters, so there is nothing Illustrator is doing wrong in your screenshot.

Probably conflicting with some other (free) font you've downloaded recently.

I don't know if this is still an issue but DotImpact only has capital letters and some special characters available.
