drawing realistic aircraft windows

Hi,

 

I'm currently working on an aircraft livery.

Trying to draw realistic shapes for both cockpit and passenger windows.

I put aqua color with black border for windows but it did not seem realistic.

 

How can i do it?

Please, show some references of the needed realistic level. As Illustrator is a vector graphic program, any artwork will be more or less stylized. The more realistic, the more work to achieve it.
In your case, I would start by using some gradients to simulate the volume. Then show the result here to find more tips.
