Druckdaten PDF x4 Fehlermeldung

Hi,

ich habe eine Illustrator Datei mit mehreren Ebenen. Aus dieser Datei wurde vor 6 Monaten ein PDF x4 Druckdokument erstellt das im Preflight keine Fehlermeldung anzeigt. Jetzt möchte ich ein nues PDF erstellen und bekomme folgende Fehlermeldung:

 

PDF-Dokument ist nicht konform mit PDF/X4

Die Angabe zum Erzeugungsdatum in Dokument-Eigenschaften und XMP-Metadaten ist nicht einheitlich. Der Eintrag zum Erzeugungsdatum in den Dokument-Eigenschaften ist anders als der entsprechende Eintrag in den XMP-Metadaten des Dokuments.

 

Ich bekomme die Fehlermeldung bei vielen bestehenden Dokumenten bei denen Änderungen vorgenommen werden und neue Druck-PDFs geschrieben werden müssen.

 

Was muss ich tun um diese Meldung nicht mehr zu bekommen?

    Hi  @OHKO_53 ,

     

    I apologize for the delayed response. Thanks for the details about your issue with the PDF/X4 error message when creating a new PDF from your layered Illustrator file. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the issue may be related to the compatibility settings used when saving the file.

     

    To troubleshoot the issue, could you please let me know what compatibility settings you used when saving the original PDF six months ago? It may also be helpful if you could provide a sample file for me to test on my end and a screenshot of the error.

     

    In the meantime, you could try changing the standard from default to PDF/X-4 and unchecking the "Optimize PDF" option in the settings. Additionally, when saving the file, try changing the Acrobat compatibility to Acrobat 7 or later (1.7 or later).
