Dull colours in Adobe illustrator and Photoshop

I updated a few ahours ago and I am experiencing dull colours in both Phoshop and Illustrator. I try different colour profiles, views between (CPU and GPU) and colour modes. Somethimes the colours become brighter when using CPU, and monitor RGB under colour proof, but the colour are remaining dull no matter what I do.

If I copy and paste the vector from illustrator into Sketch the colour becomes brighter but If I export the SVG the colour is dull but the hex code remains the same. Here is a screenshot of a colour test Top view is Sketch just for reference and lower view is Illustrator.

I already uninstall and install the apps and the issue remains to be the same.

I don't have experience with Sketch, but from quickly browsing their userguide, they use the monitr profile by default and export with sRGB.

Inetresting, but what I notice is that before the update the colours were brighter in both apps,s same as sketch is almost like they loose the luminosity after the update.

After I updated the colours became dull in both apps, which settings/ colour profiles do you recommend then?

I would use sRGB because that is the web standard across platforms.

It could be that your monitor is able to display brighter colors, but that does not mean that others can view the colors the way you do.

See Sketch about unmanaged color profiles:
