Duplicating circle at same distance
This is a stroke circle. I wish to know whether it is possible to duplicate this at the same distance like duplicating stroke line at same distance using ctrl+D key in Windows?

Using Object > Path > Offset Path you can do that.
THere are also plugins that have this as a tool (not for free)
