When importing a DWG file with external references into illustrator, the links are not imported. The external references are not longer included.

Hello, Thank you for your response. I am attaching a clipping from AutoCAD, which indicates the external reference to the inserted photo. However, when I import this file into Illustrator (see Illustrator clipping), only the frame around the photo is retained, but the link is missing. Previously, that link was always included, and I have missed it since the last update. I hope you can assist me in getting this to work again.
