DXF files not generating GCODE

Question

I use Illustrator for my CNC/Laser cut work and havent had any problems till now; when i import DXF, there's no longer any GCODE for the machine to calculate/appears blank. When the same files are uploaded using a different software though, the GCODE is available. Whats gone wrong?

Hello @Philip36538879iq3w,Could you share more details, like the version of Illustrator installed, screenshot(s) of the export settings used from both Illustrator and the other program (along with its name and installed version), and links to sample DXF files from Illustrator and the other program after uploading them to a file-sharing service like Google Drive/Dropbox/etc., so I can check it on my end?Note: While sharing the files, kindly make the link public and enable the option to Save a Copy/Download (if any).Looking forward to hearing from you.
