DXF importation impossible

Hello, 

 

It has been as while now that we can't import our DXF files into Illustrator.

Do you have an update on this please it's really annoying...

What application is being used to create the DXF files? AutoCAD? You may have to experiment with export settings or maybe try another format such as DWG or even PDF.

Hey,

I'm using a CAO Fashion software Clo3D.

For the moment my problem is "solved" meaning I installed an old version of AI (2019) and I can open my files with it. Hope that one day, this problem can be solved without the use of different versions of AI.

It's a known issue, please check this thread where an Adobe employee recommends using CC2021 or older for the time being.
