eclipse tool not working adobe illustrator

ECLIPSE tool and some other features are not working in adobe illustrator. Its fully paid. if anyone can help on this matter.

I'm having the same issue. I cannot select the ellipse tool, but I can select almost every other tool. Did anyone find an answer to this?

When you say it's not working, do you mean you can select the tool but not draw with it, or something else?

I cannot even select it. Its appearing greyish.

Click and hold or right-click on the rectangle tool:

Where you see it appearing grey isn't the toolbar, it's a menu to customise the toolbar.
