Edit text boxes on mutiple artboards at the same time

Hi gusy I vae a 12 page pdf in that pdf I need to adjust tge artboards size on all and adjust the text boxes sizes on all to look the same all together. The text has shadows and effects on them I wa t the spacing in all to be the same. Who do I do this
