Edit Text in Adode Stock Images vector

How to edit this text and font as mentioned in the image and file. I have tried opening this on .ai and .psd in both, I have ungrouped layers, tried everything but I am not able to edit the text. Please help!

It works just fine for me.

Of course, it comes with fonts defined you may not have or need to activate on Adobe Fonts, but once you deal with that, the .AI file is completely editable. This should be more obvious in Outline Mode?   like this...
