Editable PDF illustrator issue

Hi, i have a PDF which is editable on illustrator.  The PDF has t-shirt templates to edit.  The PDF opens fine for me, but on other computers its coming through with the templates over the top of each other.  Anyone any ideas please?

With a PDF you get what you get.

Maybe you can sort it out on your system and send the other people AI files that are OK.
