edition of "basic graphic dots' pattern

Hi, 

I want to use some different patterns from the basic graphic dots library and I wondered how I could edit the size of the dots. Basically, I need to scale the size of the dots to have them pretty smaller inside of this graphic. PLease see image for reference.
