I would like to know if there is a way to add effects(texture) to Adobe Illustrator application.  I am not looking to add an effect to a project I'm working on but add the texture as an option to apply to my projects. Thank you.

Doug - I was able to figure it out. I finally viewed a Youtube clip referring to the texter load button in the texturizer.  After transferring my png file to PSD I was able to get my texture loaded and get the effect I was looking for.  Below is you can see the before and after.

Texture as most people might imagine it is quite resource-intensive as vector content. There are various ways involving vector and raster methods though. Can you share an example of what you are looking to achieve?
