Effects Menu very small compared to others

Question

The "Effects" dropdown menu is much, much smaller than the other dropdown menus. See attached.

Adjusting the user interface is no help.

It works on my primary monitor but not on my large calibrated monitor where I need it to.

Is there a fix?

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind trying to switch the Primary Display under Windows Display Settings to the external monitor and then relaunching Illustrator to check if it helps?
