Embed fonts into .svg

I have an org chart with a lot of Type and the svg is 1.3mb. If I chose the option of svg rather than outline fonts, someone else who does not have the fonts loaded will display incorrectly. Is deceiving as I have the font loaded so the person designing/uploading the svg,  might think the svg option works to embed the font into a pdf.

any suggestions to make the svg smaller.

You supposedly could add some code to make it read font off website, but would need detailed instructions.
