hello,

i’ve being asked by a printing house to send a large PDF file when the images in it opt to be embedded. how to i do it properly before closing file (or during working on it)?

i design it in illustrator.

See the top of your screenshot where it says the Adobe PDF Preset you are using currently is Press Quality, which answers my question.

Note also that there is a dropdown menu to the right where you can select other .joboptions.

This is from Adobe Help. The presets for saving PDFs have the extension of .joboptions.
