En este PDF hay imágenes que se ven oscuras. Todas la imágenes proceden de SVG rasterizados en Illustrator con fondo blanco. Las que se han rasterizado con Illustrator 2026 se ven mal cuando se abre el PDF en Illustrator, en cambio las otras generadas con versiones anteriores se ven correctamente. El PDF se ve correctamente en Photoshop y otros lectores PDF.

Si se guardan los cambios el PDF generado queda mal, con las imágenes oscuras.

As was already pointed out to you a week ago, your custom-built software must be doing something with those SVGs:

The only place where you can change this behavior is your own software. But there’s still no guarantee that Illustrator will open those PDFs the way you believe it should open them as Illustrator, as @Ton Frederiks has already pointed out, is not a PDF editor.

The filewas created in an app named Plotter files and contains RGB as well as CMYK images/objects.Illustrator is not a PDF editor and can certainly not handle documents with mixed color spaces.
