Enregistrement fichier Adobe illustrator

Quand je travaille sur mon fichier Illustrator et que je souhaite enregistrer, je dois faire "enregistrer sous" le renommer pour avoir le fichier qui apparait avec la bonne date et heure pour le format ai sinon pdf ça fonctionne. Je ne suis même pas sur que mes fichiers s'enregistrent correctement
