Envelope distort mesh issue with lines

In my document I made a bunch of lines under a cipping mask using the transform effect. On the right side I expanded all of the lines and used a envelope distort mesh to make them look wavy. I did the exact same thing on the left side, but it gave me this strange result. Does anyone know whats happening? I'm not sure if this is a glitch or something.

Illustrator version? OS version? (About Illustrator-->numerical detailed)

Can you detail the transforms applied to real paths? As in my example, where no differences are found I just used copies on moved horizontally lines (no scale or rotation).

Or maybe you have drawn lines with a fill of white instead of none? Please check that.
