Erratic behaviour and involuntary movement on AI, Ps, Id

Anyone else experiencing erratic behaviour and involuntary cursor movement on AI, Ps, Id?

Trying to work and it's extremely annoying and counter-productive.

Working on iMac (24-inch, M1, 2021)

All apps and OS Monterey 12.6 are up to date.

Any suggestions?

I've reset preferences in AI & Ps, but still happening.

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind trying to restart your computer in Safe Mode (https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/start-up-your-mac-in-safe-mode-mh21245/mac) and relaunching Illustrator to check if it helps?
