Erro a abrir arquivo no illustrator

Não consigo abrir um documento do illustrator que criei esta tarde, porque diz que o tenho de abrir na aplicação onde foi criado, embora eu esteja a usar o mesmo aplicativo e a mesma versão. Alguém sabe como resolver?
