Erro ao abrir novo documento no Illustrator

Estou com problema no Illustrator que não consigo resolver. Já desinstalei o Illustrator, a Creative Cloud, baixei versões anteriores, e nada resolveu; tentei mudar os arquivos UXP para UXO.old; ele não abre o preferências e também alguns botões como traçado e preenchimento. Não sei mais o que fazer pra resolver esse problema

Since the issue continues across versions and prevents you from creating or opening files, please try the following:

Close all Adobe apps, including the Creative Cloud desktop app. Then go to this folder location:

On Windows: %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CCX Welcome\

On Mac: ~/Library/Caches/Adobe/CCX Welcome

Rename the CCX Welcome folder to CCX Welcome.old. Once done, relaunch the Creative Cloud app and then try opening Illustrator again.

Thank you for reaching out and reporting the issue while opening the new file in Illustrator. Would you mind telling us the details of your operating system and the exact version of Illustrator installed on your machine?

 

Please also try renaming the CEP folder to CEP.old from the following location:

  •  MAC: /Library/Application Support/Adobe
  •  Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
