Erroneous behaviour of object moving

I'm using the latest version 28.2 illustrator. There is an annoying erroneous behaviour that wasn't present in the earlier versions. When I click on an object and then try to move my cursor to somewhere else without hold the left mouse key, the object moves with my cursor. Before the object only move with my cursor when I keep holding hte left key after clicking on the object. Please fix bug. Thanks.
