Error 21 solution. (My computer's system requirements cannot be upgraded)

Question

I need to use Adobe illustrator. But my computer's ram is 32gb (4 ram). My computer is old so it can't upgrade the system requirements. I can't buy a new computer either. If there is a suitable version from the old versions, I could not find it. If there is a version suitable for my computer or if I need to do something else, I would be very happy if you could help me.

You might try and contact Customer Care and explain the situation to them and maybe they'll be able to help you, but there is no guaratee that they will give you an older version. https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

If they give you the older version, make sure to keep that installer in a safe place so that you can install again incase something goes wrong sometime.
