Error 2393 Illustrator to PSD export

Could anyone help me with my issue of exporting an illustrator file to PSD. I continue to receive the follwing message and error - illustrator photoshop file could not be saved error 2393. I have tried exporting it with a lower resolution both 150 and 72 ppi, but I continue to receive this error message. Rasterizing the layer does allow the file to be exported but makes the image blurry. I have enough memory and ram space so that is not an issue. The file size is 14.8mb. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Additionally, ensure there are no linked files in your Illustrator document, as linked files can sometimes cause export issues. If ungrouping layers is an option and doesn't affect your design negatively, you can try that as well.
