Hi there,

 

Sorry to hear about this. This looks like a permission issue. As per the help article:

What happens when you click on "retry"? Are you installing the app for the first time or do you have any other version of the app installed already?  If this is the case, please use Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to remove the existing installation & try to install the app again once done.
