Buenas.

Al hacer un documento nuevo a veces no lo crea, sencillamente no hace nada.

Sabéis qué puede ser?

Would you mind trying to run Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and checking if it helps?
If the problem persists, kindly confirm the OS/Illustrator version and a small screen recording of the problem, so I can investigate this further.
